Program Design Incorporates:-
Cardiovascular
Here we focus on your heart, lungs and circulatory system. This includes improving the body metabolism which will reduce the risk of disease and increase stamina.
Core strength
In this exercise component we focus on the core muscles of the abdominal and the spinal region. Exercises are structured around balance, co-ordination and strengthening the movements you would use in everyday and or sports specific tasks.
Muscle strength
Incorporating functional training, your workout will maximize traditional strength and target deep and core muscles with the joints that are essential in every day life; thus decreasing fat mass and helping to maintain an ideal body weight.
Flexibility and Posture
Inherent in our program is good body mechanics e.g. alignment and muscle balance. Adequate mobility of joints, appropriate flexibility for muscles all contribute to good posture, where your back is under the least strain and the spine is in its natural alignment. These encourage pain free motion and graceful movements.
